Rice and Onion Cabbage Rolls
Place frozen cabbage rolls in a single layer in a covered casserole.
Add liquid half way up the cabbage rolls, (I like to use chicken broth, you can also use tomato juice and water).
Place in the oven and cook at 325 F for 2 ½ hours.
Watch they do not burn as you may have to add more liquid, if too much is added at the beginning the rice will get mushy.
