Meat Cabbage Rolls

  • Place uncooked frozen cabbage rolls in a covered roaster

  • For two dozen: add 6 cups of tomato juice and 5 cups of water (as the rice is uncooked)

  • To sour the cabbage: add ½ cup of vinegar and 2 tbsp. of salt. Cover and put in the oven and cook at 350F for 4 hours.

  • In the crock pot: cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 12 hours.
