Cabbage Rolls
Hand- rolled, healthy size, filling and delicious. Choose from 4 varieties:
- Large style (2/3 meat – beef and pork) rolled in sweet cabbage
- Large style (2/3 meat – beef and pork) rolled in sour cabbage
Available frozen (uncooked) with 2 doz per box, or cooked with
6 per tray.
- Rice and onion rolled in sweet cabbage (smaller size)

Sausage
Marvelous and homemade – Vern’s specialty. The superior quality is due to very lean meat combined with Vern's unique smoking process. All our homemade sausages are prepared with Vern’s secret recipes for an irresistible taste. Vern is always experimenting with new varieties to add to Peg’s Kitchen selection, which includes:

Meat Platter
We make trays in 15- or 25-person sizes. Each tray contains six kinds of meat and three kinds of cheeses. Each person would get 3 slices of meat and 1 ½ ozs of cheese.
Veggie Platter
Our veggie trays contain 6 kinds of vegetables on and include dip. Trays feed 25 people.
Fruit Platter
Our juicy fruit trays contain 6 kinds of fruit on and include fruit dip. Trays can be purchased in two sizes, for feeding 15 or 25.
Dainty Tray
A decadent assortment of baker's choice of dainties available in 2 tray sizes of 30 or 60 pieces. Dainties include: Nanimo Bars, Matrimonial Squares, Lemon Squares, Brownies, Carrot Cake, Cheese Cake, and Butter Tart Squares.
Beef Barley Soup
Made with chunks of beef, lots of barley and vegetables. Good to the last spoonful!
